nails started chipping immediately. lack of attention to detail. I felt that the older gentleman was rude. I asked him to not file my nails because they were too short. He seemed irritated. a dissappointment.

Lady was very rude and rough and didn't wanna take off my cousins old nail to give her a full set because she was lazy and while taking em off was very rough and didn't even soak them but at the end we were both very pleased with our nails

It was my first time coming to Venus Skin & More. I thought the prices were too high $$$. I wanted a manicure but they only has a spa manicure of $10.00 however there was nothing "Spa" about it. Yes, they did massage my hands but it was not for a long time, and they did not do any thing special because I have gone to other places where I get them for $5.00 AND THEY DO THE SAME THING BUT FOR A MUCH BETTER PRICE. I ended getting a french tip for $13.00 because I did not want to drive any where else. After when I asked the lady what I wanted she got mad. She raised her voice at me while saying that it wouldn't look good. I don't want to go into detail. She was a nice lady but I did not like she getting upset for my requested of how I wanted my nails. Over all I would not go back there again. By the way I was not rude to anyone.
