Very friendly staff, even recognized me from when I went last time about a year ago. My acrylics look really nice besides for a little bit of rushing. The nails aren’t completely straight and aren’t 100% symmetrical but only I can really notice that. Overall very good service but could’ve been a little neater.

I have nothing but good things to say about DaVi Nails! They are always professional and friendly. I have never once had a bad experience with them! Always beautiful nails!

I've been going here for over 2 years and always had great service. I've always had a appt and they know by my voice and I always get a acrylic set or fill and Pompeii purple.
I had a appt but had to run a last minute errand. I was making good time until road construction and waiting for a train. I call before my appt and told they I'm running a little late and it still seemed like I'd make it on time.
Lin answered and said "it's ok, we wait for you." I was about 15-17 minutes late. I walked in and Lin says "I can't take you my appt be here in 5 minutes or so."
I asked what? I'm always on time and early most of the time and have sat waiting many times for close to an hour and they think nothing of it? I was a little late and even had the respect to call them while driving for a heads up. I feel I went over and above to communicate with them and get there on time only to be turned away!?!?!? I don't call that customer service! I won't be returning! 😡

They are always so nice. Only ever had to wait once or twice but I had more then just me at those times. If I have to wait it's never more then 10 to 15 minutes. They are very professional and do exactly what you like. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have dip nails now!!!
