Overall it was nice. I made an appointment and had to wait a little bit for 2 pedicure chairs to open so me and my sister could sit together. I had no problems with that. My problem came in when they told me to pick a color from wall which I did. I chose a neon orange cause well u know summer and all. Well anyway I get color and go get pedicure I was not informed that there would be an additional charge for the orange I chose. I was informed after toes were already painted and when I went to get my gel manicure that is when I was told about the additional charge... hence why I went with white on my nails rather than the orange. I understand special colors and such but if I would have known it was special I wouldn't have chose that color... other nail salons I have gone to put speciality colors in a Different area... just inform customers before applying colors etc. My nails do look good I appreciate the patience my nail tech took.

I tried to make an appointment to another nail spa that we always go to, but they were all booked up. So I wanted to try another nail spa, I picked this one for my daughter, granddaughter and myself because we were going on vacation to VA beach. At the nail spa, each and everyone of the staff members were so nice and friendly, they made us and everyone feel welcome. The foot spa was great, they went to the next level in making your visit nice. My nails, eyebrows look excellent and my feet felt excellent as well. My daughter and granddaughter felt the same. I just want to say a big thanks to Mendy, Helen and Vivian. We will be back to nail spa. We are happy campers.

Very rude establishment from the owner to the techs, Linda especially. It says they welcome walk-ins but they act as if I am not paying them and like they are doing me a favor. Not only did I have to fix my nail shape myself, but Linda did not even walk me to the dryer to turn it on. She was mad because I asked for my nails to be "very square" but she preferred to do some sort of slanted round shape. I have no idea what she was thinking and she got mad because I asked her to please fix it. Even the front desk girl said she sees exactly what I am talking about. I should have took a picture but instead I fixed the shape myself and kindly asked her to repaint this specific nail. I mean, the big toe is the most visible part of your pedicure. I know I haven't been here in a while but I don't recall them behaving in this way. They asked me to pay before they finished my services which is not a problem by itself but you can tell she talked about me to therest of her coworkers in a different language. I will not be returning and will inform my friends and family as well.

This is a busy place and there is good value here. When I first moved here, it was near me and had acceptable service.
I go here in a pinch, but it's not my go-to nail spa. The owner is nice, but some of the staff are surly.
Feels like a factory. Not really my cup of tea.
