I have been going here for years... for nails, pedicures and to get my eyebrows waxed. Well, due to pandemic it has literally been months. I finally had money to get them done and went over there. Totally forgetting their hours might be different now. I showed up right as they were closing and was fine to come back the next day but nope... They went ahead and let me come in and not only quickly waxed my eyebrows but did a phenomenal job! This was already my favorite place but now... This will be the ONLY place I go to.

Best spa in town. Place is super clean. Air smells good. Not congested. Staff is super friendly and professional. Both me and my wife always have a good time here.

Went to get my nails done and it was closed. I went to Nails Maxx in Allen and found 4 of Villa's techs. I saw Vicky, Bridget, wendy, and Andy. It was crazy but awsome. I loved the service at Nails Maxx and so glad to see familiar faces. So if your looking for your nail tech check Nails Maxx.

I use to go here ALL the time, the past three times i went else where bc i had a gift card so i was excited to come back bc i use to LOVE this place. This last time i went on saturday and it was dead, weird but convenient. From my nails to my pedi it was super rushed, the lady who did my nails was going so fast and she kept cutting me and trying to say she was being "gentle and to relax" but she literally cut the side of my fingers. My nails are horrible. Its sad bc i use to love this place, time to find some one else.

I usually don't give reviews unless I have something nice to say, but this was a terrible experience on so many levels. There were four of us getting manicures. 2 peoples fingers were bleeding after the manicures because they were so rough and harsh. They didn't taper the nails near the cuticle, so as our nails started to grow, it looked awful. I asked for a specific style of nail and the manicurist told me, "No, you don't want that" and refused to shape my nails the way I requested. Also, there was a coupon online for a discount for teachers and students but they refused to honor it. Also, they offer complimentary drinks, which is great, right? We received 1 complimentary drink for all 4 of us to share! There were a few other things they said and did, like the lady told me if she did what I was asking for, it would make me look old! What? My nails would make me look old? It was a horrible experience and I will never go there again! I do NOT recommend you go here.
