I love coming here. Its clean its quiet and the girls are more than helpful. However its been a while since ive been tanning so ill be coming back tomorrow to start a new package. 👍

I love this salon. I see Katey, the owner, for my hair and Denise has done my spray tan. I will never go to anyone else for my hair. I receive so many compliments, I can't keep track. It's so convenient to get hair, nails, waxing, and tan all in one place. Can't recommend enough.

I am a truck driver and I make an appointment, but cannot always be there at my specific time because of my job. All the girls here are so accommodating and professional and always fit me in when I arrive after work. Even if I am a little late. Thank you

I have been going here 6 years & love it.The best tanning salon! They offer a variety of everything and it is always immaculate. The best staff & great customer service. ☀️

The owners can be very rude. Owner, Katie S. called me and told me to take down my review or else she would have to contact google for further action. Accused me of being rude when she cannot give me an example of anything I said that was not nice. Uhmmmmmmm. Ok? Examples of Her mom was: “ uhm not really.” “ ughh you’re killing me” No, I’m not going to put you in for more than 8 minutes” “Bye!!” And actually no,let me correct you for a second. Denise DID NOT explain to me any of that. she just said flatout “ NO , you’re gonna burn”. So maybe if she DID actually explain it to me like you said in your response that she did, I would have understood better on why she was denying me of service. My skin was pale like that cus I just came out of the shower so that’s not my usual reflection. So really, don’t act like you know my skin better than mme when I’ve been tanning for more than a decade. Edit after the owners response— I’m sorry the owner just said that I was disheartened at the fact that I had to fill out registration. Obviously I have to fill out registration since that is proper protocol for every business. But she is failing to mention they lost the one that I filled out when I became a new client two months ago. And the girl in the front back then obviously let me go in for max time without issues so that’s why I came back again because she was very nice and helpful. Please, don’t make that part of the issue because I actually like to fill out forms and I write very quick so I don’t care about that. If you made sure you and your staff take pride in whatever your work claiming then you need to train your staff to not let me have gone in for max time in the first place @ my first visit there in the beginning of October. I do wanna say though, i appreciate you editing your post from the previous one. I’m glad you took my advice that business owners should reply to customers honest reviews with a little more grace than the defensiveness and lies that was posted before. Okay I wish your business the best of luck, Katie and Denise. Hopefully this negative experience was a learning experience on both ends. Happy Holidays.
