The staff did not know what they were doing when giving a gel manicure. The polish is old and there selection is limited. They had to do my gel polish 3 times and the third polish did not match the sample. When I mentioned it, I was told that the sample had faded in the sun. In front of me the owner told the man doing my nails that he should watch her give a gel manicure so he could learn how to do it. I had to point out bubbles in my nails. I had to ask for my nails to be rounded as they only used clippers to shape them. My nails are ruined as thin now as he had to take off gel polish three times. The owner then charged me for the manicure if though I was there for 2 hours and hated the results. She witnessed the whole thing and did nothing to resolve the issue. At one point I told the man to stop but he insisted on "fixing" it. She told me next time I should just as for her. I would NEVER suggest conning here.

The worst place I have ever been to the nail tech is a racist asian and the day after my friend got her nails done three cracked so we called and the daughter of the lady said we can come in and they will fix it for free , when we came in she was like she is only doing one nail for free and started being so so rude when when were explaining why she should fix all three for free cause they snap while putting on pants and shoes she eventually agreed to do three of them for free but when we tried to explain that we didn’t try to say that she doesnt know how to do ur job or come off as rude, she would cut us off and say “it’s over, stop talking” and then before when I, an African American, would speak she would not even address me or look my way so her daughter would and then when I was talking she asked my friend why I was even speaking that she only wanted to listen to my friend who was Asian. The first time I went there with my Asian friend why she was doing my Asian friend’s nail she was basically (not word for word) like she doesn’t prefer black customers cause they are the ones who try to get out of paying for the nails when it’s done. Then she had her daughter take pictures of the nails and when we was like don’t u need permission the daughter was like if we aren’t taking pics of ur face we don’t need permission. we are only 19 years old and she was being so insensitive. Then when we’re leaving she was like I’m not gonna apologize but I’m like this cause of my menopause and when I’m mad I say things, but I was like if u know it was your menopause why didn’t u want to apologize. Never again people never again
