After waiting 20 minutes in one of the two chairs provided fro walk-ins, and there was one person waiting ahead of me, a woman and her 3 kids (all under 5 or 6) walked in as "walk-ins" and were making a big scene and a lot of noise, instead of waiting outside until their turn like the mother said they would. The owner did nothing. The lady ahead of me was called. then in another 15 minutes, a man came up and took the 3 girls, even though I had been waiting for 35 mins at this point. To top that off, when i was called i was presented with a dirty workstation, and they tried to shame me when i complained. I walked out. This was the first and last time I went there. the owner went for the immediate profit, rather than long term...my business. i went to the Pampered Hands in UTC and was satisfied.

The staff were nice, but pretty average. They had no way to dry my nails so it took over half an hour of just sitting there and they still weren't dry! Also there's no discount mani-pedi combo. overall, just ok- probably wouldn't go back

Got my manicure done here and it was just amazing! The nail tech did everything to my liking! She massage my hand whenever she got the chance. Pretty much did everything right. When she was done, my nails were just stunning! Couldn't believe they could look like this! The services was just amazing!

The pearl pedicure I got here was perfect! Impressive services from the tech!

Cold water, massage chairs didn't work, lackluster massage and generalized effort. Previous reviews must have been fake! Overpriced for quality, especially when you consider they charge for add-ons that are normally included in a spa pedicure.
