If negative 5 stars were possible that's what this place would get! Went in for Brazilian waz, left walking out with blood dripping down my legs. Not only did they tear me once but 5 times until the pain was so bad I had to sit up and saw all the blood. One tear may be accidental but after mutualating me 4 more times later. I've been getting regular waxing for many years now. Never once have I had even a single incident. When session first began I asked why she wasn't using some sort of barrier oil/powder and was told she was using some new soy based wax and she was told no barrier needed. She used wrong positions and removed wax pulling in same direction as hair. Assistant manager had no knowledge of procedure. I received a sample pac of antibiotic ointment and a I'm sorry.

It was my first time getting a balayage, and I couldn't be more inlove with my hair! Kerstin did an absolutely amazing job. She took her time, was thorough and cut and styled my hair beautifully. Im from Phoenix and am freaking out at how I can make it to flagstaff every few months to get my hair done because in all my years of getting my hair cut and colored, no one has done a better job on my hair then Kerstin! Thank you again!

I would recommend Gossip Girl Salon and this is why. I had to find another salon since my girl at Head First Hair Design moved away. I showed the hairdresser at Aveda (I won't say her name) exactly what I wanted. I gave her three chances, each time not getting the color I wanted (showing her the same picture each time). I also spent over $300 each time (I have long hair ). I was recommended by a stranger I met who had the same hair color that I wanted to go to Gossip Girl Salon on 4th street. I showed Courtney the same picture and she nailed it! Plus it was only $135! I definitely recommend Gossip Girl!

Unreliable and rude. My wife and I planned a long day trip to Flagstaff with 90 min massage/facials as the anchor "event". Made our appointment far in advance and made absolutely certain our little dog, who would be with us, would be welcome. We wanted to be sure so there was no chance of miscommunication and an upset to our day's plans. They confirmed back to us twice during the weeks before our appointment and we reconfirmed our pooch would be ok then too.
So, we show up and they tell us we cannot enter with dog. Killed our plan on the spot.
Why say "yes yes yes" about the dog, just to turn us away?
Worse, they were pretty rude too. No "sorry" or "we screwed up", just "you cannot enter". Not my idea of welcoming at all.
