So just went in to get a brow and lip wax.. With my mom. Sign said it would be 30. Was charged 45. I normally love the brow lady. BUT the signs dont apply so I will never go back... AND I called back to ask why so expensive.. And she was rude.

I have a gift certificate and no where on it does it say to make an appointment, so I went to use my certificate and was told that I would have to come back at 5pm. I told them that I couldn't and that is when they said that I should have made an appointment. I didn't know that before I left my house. They were very rude and unprofessional. They should say on their gift certificates about making an appointment.

Extremely ghetto.
The hours on google are completely wrong they are not open from 8-7 any day of the week. The hours on the door say 10-7 or 10-6 on Sunday. I came at 11am on Sunday and the one lady that was in there looks surprised I walked in the door. I asked for a pedicure and she frantically pulled out her phone and called someone.... She then looked over and said they aren't coming in and to come back tomorrow. I was so confused ;why would you have a sign that says open when you are closed. There are several confusing signs in the shop.. One says debit 1.50 the other says no credit on cash only.... Save your time and effort because this nail shop simply doesn't do nails....

I didn't make an appointment when i walked in. Usually most places i go this isn't an issue they simply give me an estimate on how long I'll be waiting. However, at ProNails they do not do that. I walked in a man didnt great me instead just asked what i want (a simple manny and peddy) and after i tell him he calls another woman over. I was under the impression she was going to help me since all but 2 chairs where empty but instead she tells me I should have made an appointment and come back later. It was just rude unprofessional and not to mention there were other workers there so i didn't understand why i could be helped.
