My pedicure was adequate but then I was told by another customer that she got a more thorough one, plus hot rocks, lotion and massage on her lower legs, FOR THE SAME PRICE! I'm going to say something about this next time, IF I return at all!

Called to ask price for a French tip full set. (That way I could bring enough cash and possible tip) lady on the phone said "Oh ok hold on. Yeah i do for you." Then hung up on me. I live right around the corner and would of loved going to this salon tho customer service is trash so I'll travel a bit further instead.

I guess I've decided not to go back. Your pedicure depends entirely on who does it. The cost is the same but what you get for the price depends on how busy they are and whether the owner or the pedicurest serves you.

The lady started talking on the phone while doing my nails , then would not do what i asked her to do to them and yelled at me when telling her that wasn't what i asked to do three times and still demanded me to pay her

We always get in right away when we get pur nails done. Be sure to call first to make sure Katie is there if you are getting your hair cut. She is gone often.
