I came in with my mother and daughter looking have mani and pedi services and the owner and employees were not very nice almost super rude. She said something to her employees (after I asked politely for services) in their language (with a frown) and looked they all in our direction. A few started laughing and covered their mouths. I felt completely offended. She refused to serve us and that's ok. I didn't want services after that incident. I will never patronize this place ever again. Poor poor customer service and rude, nasty people.

Don’t bother wasting your time here, I felt extremely awkward during this entire interaction and don’t recommend going to top nail, especially after 5pm.
Went into the salon at 5:30 for a gel manicure. No one else was in the salon and there were three employees. I clarified before I sat down that they didn’t close until seven so I picked out my color and sat down.
The other salons I have been to have different routines about taking cuticles off and prepping the nails before color; this was as simple as it could get.
I had chosen a light blue as a polish color from their swatches but was extremely confused when she started painting a bright polish on my nails. I was told their colors had faded in the sun so one of the women had chosen a light blue that she thought was close to what I wanted. I felt so awkward I complied and continued with the polish. She had me set up on two machines and seemed to be rushing through the polish change.
A little after 6, I was waiting for the last coat of the gel to finish in the machine. There were only two employees, including the woman who was doing my nails. Before the nails had finished drying, she had already put her supplies away and had put her coat on. She rushed quickly to massage my hands, cracking every one of my knuckles uncomfortably. The lights of the salon had turned off before I even got my coat on- 45 minutes before their official close. It was an extremely unpleasant, rushed, and uncomfortable time at Top Nail.

Beautiful, clean atmosphere. Friendly, attentive staff. I was able to walk in on a weekday afternoon. And they did a really nice job on my nails!

Of all the salons I've been to in the past 10 years, this one happens to have the friendliest techs. They did an amazing job on my nails and eye brows. Their pricing is less expensive than some, but comparable to most others. I would (and will) recommend Top Coat Nails to anyone!
