I have gone to Danny the owner for several months because of a referral from a friend! He has done nothing but the opposite of what I have wanted done and picking out his own colors because he is in such a hurry!
Today was my last straw with him!!
He was 45 minutes late for my appointment and was not willing to give me what I wanted as a design because he was so behind, not my fault!!
They do not disinfect the nail tools they use between each client!
All he's worried about is the more people the better, wrong!!
I was taught in nail school never to go to an Asian place and boy were they right!!
That's all they do is speak whatever it is that there language is and don't say two words to you as a client!
Also I needed to text my son back and Danny told me not right now, really! What if it was an emergency????
No respect at all for there clients, just keep rolling in the money and poor service!!!
He also left me at the end of my horrible service to go take gel polish off another client!!!
Never again will I go to a money hungry, not sanitized, rushed assembly line again! You should be ashamed of yourselves and should be reported!!!!

I asked for the $35 pedicure from the Michelle's pedicure book which was provided to me as I sat down and after my pedicure was over, the guy told me my total was $55! I asked how and he said because I got gel nail polish on each toenail! Never again will I go there! First time going and the absolute last time! I've never heard of gel nail polish being a $20 difference, but I paid and left, never again!

Some of the worst costumer service. Loud dirty. Nail techs taking about customers in foreign language. Had an appointment and still had to wait over 30min. Owner was rude and unprofessional. They attempted to over charge me. They wanted a tip! TIP: Don’t eat yellow snow!! Never will return.

My tech was really nice and joked with my friend and me throughout our services. We both got full set acrylics with gel polish and it took him maybe 20-30 minutes per set. I’ve gone to a lot of places and this is one of the best quality, fastest jobs I’ve gotten done. It’s exactly what I wanted!
Bonus: I tend to be picky when choosing my color and this shop has a great variety of gel colors so you’ll definitely find one you like.
I wish I lived in Racine so I could make this my regular salon!
