they are always busy. just make it easy on your self even though they take walk ins , call and make an appointment. because your going to be waiting a while.

I have been going here for a few months now. Saturday was the first time I had done a pedicure there. It took an hour and a half. Which is way to long. I told her I wanted Gel and they insisted me picking out regular polish color. And I said this is the color. It was same as color I picked out in Gel. And I said again I want gel #92. She started putting regular polish on and I said no. I want gel. The man told me why didnt you say that. I kind of got snippy and said I did more than once. And they even took the gel colors from me asking me what color I wanted. Then the polish wouldnt cure. And he said this is your fault you didn't tell us. I told the lady as soon as I sat down I wanted the gel/shulack polish. And another lady handed me the colors for it and took the number I wanted. The fact that he was so rude and I was there for so long. Pissed me off. They really do not have customer service skills. Then all started talking in there language after that. Another gall came in while I was there and needed hers fixed due to there error. That was such a big deal to them they were embarrassing her. making a bigger deal out of it. they should have just fixed there mess up instead.

I have been to this nail salon about 6 times now. Every single time has been the most outstanding experience ever; the customer service was great, my nails always looked perfect, and I was always happy. I went there today to get nails done for prom. (I wanted black and then gold on the top, almost like an ombré). I ended up getting black with the acrylic all clumpy and bumpy, along with the gold on top all clumped together. About four or five people came in and she started rushing. Didn’t even have me wash my hands to get all the crusty stuff off. They looked terrible. I got a fill, and then gel polish (normally my price was $20 and I tip $5) this time I went up there and she charged me $30. I was absolutely pissed. I told her I didn’t like it, and she told me that I should’ve gotten a different color next time, and that’s how it turns out when you get ombré. I cried and stopped at a different place on the way home to get them fixed. Honestly I don’t know if I’ll ever come back here. If you want to come here, make sure it’s not busy, or else they’ll rush and ruin your nails!

I just went here for the first time and won’t be back. I’m not doing 1 star because the lady who did my nails was very nice and they looked amazing, but I got gel polish and they started peeling off at the cuticles after 3 days, it’s now day 5 and I’m looking for somewhere else to go to get them done again, so I’m spending more money. The other thing was that she put the nail clippers & cuticle trimmers back into this dirty looking box without sanitizing them.
