The hairstylist did not listen to what I wanted and overshared her personal drama. She said she was great at threading eyebrows but she wasn't. I literally felt like my one year old could have done better. Tried it bc I was there getting my hair done. Walked out paying 180 and felt scammed.

Very beautiful and clean salon. However when I pay for services I expect them and if I don’t receive the full service due to over scheduling and under staffing I have to say, it is very disappointing. Once I was relaxed on the massage chair for my pedi I felt so relaxed and then to be asked if it was okay that I didn’t get my massage because she was needing to get to another customer who arrived late, yes that made me mad! I choice to be nice about and thought I would get a discount because my services were cut short! Nope got charged full price and I will never be back again. What a shame I really thought it would have been a lot better!
