I've been a client since December 2003. Rachelle Russell, the owner, is the best stylist I've ever had. Rachelle practices great hair care, and encouraged me to stop using chemical relaxers. After a few years I finally transitioned from the relaxers to natural hair. While initially the transition was a litle rough, I've been chemical free for six years, and my hair is in the best condition since prior to my relaxing my hair 33 years ago. Rachelle is very progressive in her continued education, consistently introducing new processes, and new products to not just make our hair beautiful, but to continue to keep our hair healthy.

I don't know what the hell they did to my kids hair it's terrible it looks like my 6 year old niece did it I could not attend my family Christmas event because how horrible my children hair turned out while at the shop with my 60 year old mother who was helping me out at the time they charged me 100$ for both my kids hair which looks like it shouldn't of got paid for

Rochelle..tamika and tash are wonderful women..tash made me a unit from 3 bundles of hair and it turned out lovely.. rochelle is very knowledgeable about hair care,hair grow and hair maintenance..tash is prego and is due on Monday and was on her feet for 2.5 hours straight doing my hair. They made me feel at home and i will be returning back to unique appeal hair salon
