I have gone here several times for dip nails and had about 4-5 different nail techs. They all do a really great job. Tonight I had a special request for a pretty difficult nail design and it turned out AMAZING. The prices are fair and the techs here are incredible and very willing to go above and beyond to make your nails look great.

Grandma got a basic manicure, daughter got her first acrylic set. Workmanship was great. Prices are reasonable. Customer service could be better. We set appointment with specific stylist. Upon arriving, they put us with different stylists. 30 min past our appointment they called wondering why we were not there. Other than that confusion in communication, it was good. Just down to business, not much conversation.

I have been going here on and off for years (moving to other parts of town and trying other salons but have always come back here because of their quality), but I WILL NOT be back this time!!
I had wanted the dip nails, but they ended up so thick it looked like a poorly done set of acrylics! There were entire sections of the sides of my nails with nothing on them; when I pointed this out, the tech tried filing that part of my nail off. This of course completely left my nails misshapen. I then asked to have it removed and I wouldn't have my nails done. They assured me someone else would re-do them, better.
The gentleman who was to do them did not return, so another female tech did them. Same issue with the thickness. She argued that the tips were thin, and while I agreed with that, the large step-up on the base of my nail was clearly showing how thick they really were. At this point, none of them were the same shape. When I asked to have that fixed, the tech told me my natural nail was too wide to do what I had asked ( even though I showed her a picture before we started and she had assured me she could do that.) When I showed her two specific nails and said they were totally different, she said "oh my God, I do everyone's nails like that and no one complains. You are the first one " While I hope that isn't the case, because they certainly didn't look good, it shouldn't matter that I said something because the fact is - I was the PAYING customer!

Very pleased! Quick and friendly service. I got a French too shellac. She did a great job on my nails and I will definitely go back.

Relaxing experience. They listened to what I wanted and even made improvements. I will be coming back♡♡♡
