Just a heads up... Make sure you get what you pay for at T and C Nails at galleria Mall... Had a bad experience with them yesterday... I brought someone special needs to get their nails done that doesn't talk much but 18 yrs old... I told them we wanted a full set of gel acrylic nails they said fine.... I figured it would take a while so I took my son to The bounce place right across the hall to keep him from touching stuff and misbehaving... This girl I took there was fine getting her nails done and coming back to me after across the hall she also had her cell to call me if needed... Well after 10mins of paying and taking my son to play... I get a text from my friend saying she's all set... I was like that was to fast... So I go over to meet her at the nail place just to find of they just painted her nails and charged her $25.... I ask the worker why she did that when I told her what we wanted she said that was what I said.... I'm 💯 it was not what I said... Even after paying her for the job that was miss done and upsetting the girl I was with... I asked her to now do what we actually asked for and that we would just pay for both because it's all we went to the mall for... We just wanted the job done and I just wasted money putting my son in a play center... Well after I said I would still pay for everything she still didn't want to do the job for us.... So the whole day was a loss of money energy and hurt feelings... I just couldn't believe she wouldn't take the business and so unprofessional on her phone the whole time... Please watch out for your friends and family getting taking advantage of by this company... Thanks...

Great service! Loved the gentleman who did my nails! Such a nice guy who showed me so much respect. Nails came out perfectly, I will be returning in 2 weeks for my fill 😁❤️

Cathy was great! Not only did she display high level of professionalism she guided me to do a less costly procedure which anyone would have done the opposite. My nails were so weak and I have been getting dipping and gels. She advised me to just get a manicure. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I live in PA and whenever I visit Taunton I will come to TC nails and see Cathy. I wish you success.

My friend told me to come here yesteday, so I did. And was about 4:20 which they were closing at 5, I believe the lady was trying to tell me they where booked so no one would be available but they way she went about it was rude to the point I did not want to come back nor spend money here. Learn better customer service or not at all.. it’ll just be nice.

I wish I didnt come here. The nail tech didnt even apply acrylic to my whole nail. I have a plastic tip. He did not even clean up the edges of my nails near my skin & cuticles. I have 2 nails are going in different directions. I also got them done yesterday and 1 nail has already lifted to where it's almost coming off and I woke up like that - I cant imagine I slept so rough where my nail would lift. I wouldnt even give 1 star, but he fixed 1 nail and didnt charge me for it. I would have rather paid the charge to fix the nail and had my nails done right. And let's not discuss the cleanliness of this place.
