I went to the salon today for a manicure and pedicure. While the nail tech was doing my nails, she stopped to pick a sore on HER OWN thumb with the utensil she was using on my nails. She then started to resume her work on MY nails with the SAME utensil! I immediately told her to stop, but she did not understand why because she did not speak English. I asked if anyone else spoke English in the salon, but nobody volunteered. They have no problems understanding words that relate to money however. I will never go there again, and I do not recommend anyone else to go there either. I seriously wonder about the cleanliness and safety of their tools. If I could rate them with NO stars I would do so.
