I’ve been going here for years because it’s in my neighborhood, but I refuse to go back anymore. Every two weeks I’m here to get a gel fill. The wait is ridiculous no matter how early I come. The middle eastern lady (supposedly the manager) that sits on her phone all day is rude as he**. The guy that does my nails is constantly falling asleep. Yes!! Literally falling asleep while doing my nails. They had two people in there that did my nails for a while, but they eventually left. When the girl they hired did my nails she was shocked that I paid for the previous fill. They were my nails for graduation so I just delt with it. She eventually left saying that they overwork them, and make them work through their breaks. I’ll never return to this place.

I have been going to Passionate Nail salon for nearly 3 years. Didi has always done an excellent job taking care of my nails. Didi is also very pleasant and hospitable, and I wish I could continue going there. But the problem for me is that the smell of the chemicals used for acrylic nail services is just too much. If acrylics are in progress I can immediately smell the chemicals. Didi has graciously provided me with a mask at times, but I can still smell the chemicals right through the mask. It probably seems strange to rate a business as 5 stars and yet have no intention of returning. Overall this is a very friendly welcoming nail salon with very reasonable prices - and Didi deserves even more than 5 stars!! So, if not for the smell from the acrylic nail process, I would continue going there. Sadly, I cannot tolerate the chemical smell.

I got a fungal/bacterial infection after getting my nails done here. I’m really upset because I have always had healthy nails and have never seen something like this. I only came back here a second time because I thought the price was reasonable but I was wrong. I overpaid and left with an infection. Never again. Sticking to my natural nails from now on.

I’m giving you just one star because the owner is so nice with us but the girl from middle east She said she’s manager! She is stealing us in the price it’s not the first time I used to go there with my friend she did the same trick with us i’m never going back to this place again 👎
