If you need an amazing hair cut by a professional, contact Timothy Downs at this salon! I had my haircut by him before getting professional pictures taken for a modeling photo shoot in NYC and I could not be happier!

I followed my stylist here years ago from another salon, and it's been great. Admittedly it's more about the particular person giving you your hair cut than the salon itself but, having said that, this salon isn't too shabby.
