They do a great job with no-chip manicures. They don’t appreciate walk ins, so I’d recommend calling an hour or two ahead.

Came on 01.08.18 to get a no chip manicure and spa pedicure before my bachelorette party this weekend. Literally made time just for this before we leave for the event. Lady rushed from the get go. Spa pedicure done in 20 min.
Technician was using the manicure scissors so fast she CUT right thumb nail area and it continued to BLEED throughout the session. At the end, THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions, reduce or comp their "lack of" service or do anything to make the situation bearable.
When they agreed to reduce their fee, I gave my credit card and they charged me the full amount!!! Got home and saw that the foot nail polish was smudged from not having the nails dried enough either.
I am so disappointed in Nails 2ne1 and how they turned my upcoming excitement in getting ready for a big moment into a moment of tears.
Please consider alternatives. This place is not worth it.

Great service! The best relaxing massage chairs! They took their time in understanding how I wanted my nails done and I was happy with the results!

I got serviced by Anne. She did an amazing job and I'm super happy with her no chip mani skills. Then she got up to massage my shoulders while my nails dried. That is some next level...awesomeness. I would definitely recommend to try this place.

This nail salon is excellent!! I return often for manicures and they make your nails look fantastic! The staff also takes their time and pays close attention to details. All equipment is clean and sterilized too! I will be back often!
