Beautiful polish for SNS acrylic although, almost half of my nails half fallen off within the first 3 days of getting it done..
*no hard labor done; got them for my vaca 😓😓

Not the best customer service. Literally the woman looked uncomfortable giving me a pedicure. They were a bit rude too. I kept asking the price and they gave me the wrong number at first even though I asked multiple times. I'll never go back.

I am happy with my Silk Wrap manicure and pedicure. I provided my nail color (Essie #684 Tart Deco). However I am giving one star because I did not like how I was essentially coerced into giving a tip. The stated price when I paid halfway through was $57 (Gave 3 $20USD bills, got $3USD back) My boyfriend had to leave to get a haircut so I finished drying my tips. I then get ready to leave and said thank you but the countenance on the manicurist's face got dark. She then said "Where's the tip?" and I got scared. I didn't know that I had to. There were no signs on the wall nor when I paid the $57 was that mentioned at all. I didn't want to look bad so I gave close to the standard 20% or $10USD. Then the woman's face and tone was nicer. I left in tears feeling violated. I will follow up with 311 or any local/federal complaints that I can make. I wanted to patronize local businesses but I guess I will travel to my normal nail salon that's an hour from me. I am so upset and disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in to get my tips taken off and a gel manicure. I was asked to pay first and if I was going to give a tip. I was fine with that and did give a generous tip even though wherever I've been they always start the manicure before you pay.
I'd never been here before but I figured it would be ok. It was barely a manicure. The woman clipped off the tips taking most of my nail bed with it. And then she started painting my nails with what smelled like nail glue and finished with nail polish that was NOT gel polish. To top it off the nail polish started to rub off when I got home!
