Nicest ladies ever! They are so sweet! They do a FANTASTIC job, I have been coming here for over 3 years and they have never done a bad job. They are efficient, fast, but still very detailed. Wendy does an amazing job! Love this place!

I am very upset as to how I was treated at this nail salon. I told them very nicely I was on my lunch break if they could get this done in an hour and they said yes. They were not full with customer either there was about 4 other workers sitting in the pedicure chairs so I gave them an hour to work with. All I needed done was gel polish removal manicure and new gel polish .She took 35 minutes to remove the gel polish using acetone (it should only take 5-10 minutes max). While they were assisting me the nail lady stopped half way removing my gel polish and sat down to get pedicure for herself. Leaving me unattended! She later came back and then started taking the foil off that she left on me well over 30 minutes! At this point it's 12:35 and she has finally started taking the polish off with the little scraping tool and starts filing away. But the time she's "done" filing its 12:47! Took her 17 minutes to file my already short nails she then comes back and asks me what polish I wanted at this point I am pretty sad because I need to leave to get to work on time they asked me to pay the full balance of the service and come back later $30 vs $18 only problem is that my birthday dinner is in Los Angeles and I won't be able to come back
So now I have to attend my birthday dinner with bum looking nails
I wouldn't recommend this place if you are in a rush they will not take you seriously!!!

Unfortunately I don't live in the area, I would post a 5 star but only because we waited over an hour. We didn't have an appointment so I understand, but these ladies were all great! They were sweet and patient with my two nephews and saw me, my mom and sister in law. They were fantastic and they did a great job. I wish I lived closer so I could come on a regular basis.

I rarely make time to write a review but this is much deserved. I have been going here for over 2 years. I see either Wendy or Andy. They always provide excellent customer service, know me by name, don't rush to the next customer and the prices are unbeatable. My nails always look perfect and last until the next fill without falling off. I have shopped around and tried many other nail salons in the area and nothing compares to quality and price. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I love that they have the kids chairs here, but they are not very timely. I brought my niece who is very young, but typically well behaved. They seemed upset that I had brought her and that she got impatient, but they didn't see us until almost an hour after our appointment time. I was going to leave, but I really wanted to do something special for her because we don't spend much time together anymore. It would have been nice if they had just told us that they couldn't fit us in rather than skip over us for so long. I was very disappointed
