I was getting a basic manicure and I was first in line and three people who JUST walked in got to go before me. The once I finnally got to it the lady who was doing mine said you shouldn't use that one! You should use the darker shade. So her doing it i said sure ill try it, but once it was done it looked very ugly and because I complained about it they charged 10 dollars extra! Worst manicure ever!

Gel nails polish was thin, and I had a nail chip off in a week!! Not sure I will return if they charge so much and skimp on product.

Went at 7 for a full set they close at 8. Was taken at 7:15. Chunky nails.... uneven matte top coat and gel polish ( in a neon color is hard to see under lights indoors or when I left at 8:30; saw this am) so some spots are sheer or shiny... I tipped 20 because he looked like they were closing. Nail glue all under my nails. First and last time. Was cordial and said thank you anyway. I’ll fix myself later.

I come with my family all the time. Great staff. Prices are a little on high side.

I love US nails, they aways do a really consistently good job at all the services I've received. I've probably been going for 6 or 7 years now and I can't complain. The new remodel is great too, so much more room. And the prices are really good too! This review might sound fake but they're just overall really good👌
