Experience was horrible I went to get my nails done for mother’s day & my birthday because they we’re one day apart I specifically wanted my nails a certain way I got stones put on for designs they were coming off within 2 days my nails started lifting within 4 days & my nails were unevenly shaped. I had to keep going back to get them fixed & within 5 days I had been back to there twice. the second time was for my toe i had gotten a tip & acrylic put on my big toes & I noticed that when I went home the same day my big toe on my left foot was hurting really bad & when I went back they were trying to tell me I did something to make it that way. when she took off the acrylic my toenail was discolored & bruised my toe was really swollen but I had it redone because I didn’t want just one toe done & the other one looking horrible on my birthday. 3 weeks later I take the acrylic off of my toes & my toenail looked really bad it didn’t hurt it was bleeding & most of my nail was gone. What’s funny is I went to another nail salon a week later to get a fill in on my nails on my hands & the nail tech there had asked me where did I go before them to get my nails done I told him where & he said oh wow yea I heard they’re not a really good place to go & shook his head he didn’t recommend me going there & he had also did a really nice job redoing my nails reshaping & polished them perfectly & everything I would definitely recommend US nails & NOT Michelle nails smh

i honestly don’t think i will be returning to michelle nails. they’ve been using acrylic on my nails and lying saying it’s gel!!! gel is a gel formed substance it’s not powdered nor do you use liquid to set on your nails!! i feel scammed

Horrible experience worst I ever had at a nail shop..Michelle husband was in his phone the whole time he was messing my nails up from the thumb being cocked to the left to lumps in ge gel just all bad and when I tell him he had a attitude and was snatching my hand towards him and when I said I didn’t want him to do my nails he got mad and started cutting my nails off and then took the nail file straight to my finger and when I pulled my hand back he jumps up and grabs his phone witch has been the issue the whole time and went and sat in a pedicure chair and continued on his phone. No one tried to fix the issue left very upset and nails not done. I wouldn’t give them one star worst place I been too in Lansing

They are very cheap and they are horrible i just paid 18 yesterday after having them on for a whole month none of them ever breaks and then i go get a fill and 2 of them break already IM SOO MAD
