I went in for a gel powder manicure, which I usually get. The man who did them did not even soak my nails or anything and just started picking off my last manicure with a METROCARD. I asked him not to do it that way and he insisted. For some reason I let him continue and now all my natural nails are extremely damaged. The new gel powder mani he did didnt even last 1 week bc my real nails are so brittle. I’m going to have to keep nothing on them for a while until they grow out. The guy ruined my nails. Don’t go to him! I have been there other times before and the women do a great pedicure but I don’t recommend them for hands.

One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. They are not friendly and it’s not a nice or clean salon. I got a manicure and pedicure done and within 24 hours the polish on my fingers is chipped and within an hour of leaving the salon there are air bubbles all throughout the polish which has never happened to me at any other salon I’ve been to. Everything is out dated and over priced. There are many other salons out there that are much nicer all around and worth spending the money to go to. This place is horrible and I will never be back.

When I first walked in they were attentive, but then it just went down from there. I get powder gel from many different nail salons and this one was by far the worst. First of all there was not a big color selection and everything was way overpriced. Then the man who was doing my nails didn't push back or remove any of my cuticles and he only sanitized the nails on one hand after taking off my old polish. Once all my fingers had been dipped into the powder, they were filed too thin and more bendable then normal. I figured that I wouldn't say anything since it had been my first time here and they may do it different from other salons. After that the oil was put onto my nails(which is normal), but never taken off. They sent me out with my hands all oily and my nails uneven. The next day one of my nails had chipped and two cracked already. (Powder gel is supposed to last 2-3 weeks and they have it posted all over the salon). So then I decided to go back and ask politely if they could either refund me or if they would be able to fix the nails that broke. When I walked inside I spoke to the man who did my nails and he wouldn't even look at me and all he would say was "we don't guarantee". Then I began to list all the flaws and he decided to argue with me for about 10 minutes until I finally got him to agree to fix the three nails. Now the nails that got fixed are discolored from the other nails, because they didn't take off the damaged polish they only went over it with new polish. All in all, I do not recommend this nail salon considering their terrible work and service.
