Got a no chip manicure. Tools were def not sanitized, she pulled them from under her table. The lady cut my cuticles waaay too short. My skin was broken. She went so fast, I had the clear polish all around my nails. The top coat looked like a 5 year old did it. My nails started peeling literally 3 days later. She never cleaned up the polish on the bottom of my nails.
Prices are nice, but really bad service

I have been going to Julie's for a few years and have always had a great experience. Last few times I have been there I felt like the technicians have rushed, done things improperly, and did not ask me feedback on what I wanted. I have had them use an e-file which ruined the quality of my nails, and my recent visit, the girl who did my pedicure did the bare minimum and did not ask me what pedicure I wanted, as I usually get the tropical. I also got a no chip, the tech that did my no chip made my nails totally uneven and did not ask me how I wanted them shaped even though they where already square, she made them round and completely uneven. She used a cuticle nipper on my nails and took off way more skin that needed to the point where I am bleeding on nearly every finger. She used the cuticle nipper to also cut off portions of my nails after they had already been shaped. She also pulled her tools out of a box that did not look like they had been properly cleaned. Very disappointed in the service lately and will not be returning.

work gave us a gift to go here and get manis/pedis done. We let them know weeks in advance that 10+ of us would be coming together. It was after work and later for them. Everything initially seemed to be fine but at the end it all changed. They rushed to finish which left us with horrible results then they proceeded to charge way more then they said it would cost. We all had gift cards since they were gifts to us for what we got yet we all had to pay way more then it should have been. Plus they said they forgot to charge someone else in our group for something and she had already left and tried to get us to pay the difference. They don’t care about the quality of the job they do and seem to try and make people pay for and make up a reason why it all of a sudden costed more. Most all of our nails chipped that night or days later. Don’t waste your time or money here, have been to better salons. Very disappointed.

I went into this nail salon today for the first time and asked my nail artist if she could do sunflowers on my thumbs after showing her a photo she let me know she could do it , she messed up the design horribly 4 times then I gave up and had her just do the nail yellow and she didn’t even put a white base on before she did the yellow on my nails, messed up my shape and left it slightly see through with bumps. This all around in all my years getting my nails done was my worst experience at a salon. If I could give 0 stars I would !
