There was an Indian woman who I was directed to for my eyebrow arching! I asked her does she do keratin treatments since I was on the hair salon/barbershop side of the salon and her reply was "YOUR HAIR???????? No! I don't do your hair!! Mind you I am an African American woman with an Afro!! She then went on and on about how she basically only does Caucasian hair. She then comes back with a tube of wax with pieces of hair all around the top and broken popcicle looking stick! I said there is hair all around the top of this and she says oh but it's not on the inside see??! And holds it up to my face!! We went back and forth a little bit until I said no thank you and left! That was not sanitary at all. And the way she responded to me about my hair type was very rude!
