Went to get my nails done with my daughter. She got a coffin shape full set and I just got gel polish. That is all. No designs. No glitter. Not even more than one color. Just simple polish that is all. Do you see this brochure? It was sitting on the shelf right as you walk in and shows the prices. When we went to check out, they charged $90. It should have been $75. The manager was unable to answer my question directly. She just said that they would guarantee their work and proceeded to charge me the $90. I will not be going back. You can't advertise one price and charge something different. That is bad business!

went there this past Friday to celebrate my birthday with a couple of girlfriends. Not only did I set an appointment but they didn't set us till at least 40 minutes later even well after we had all chosen our colors. I had asked for gel and now here I am nails chipped and color peeling off. This is not what I asked for and I'm really disappointed. It did not help that even though we were sat late that they still rushed us.

Completely, terrible and unprofessional service.
I went there for a pedicure about a month ago; my feet were done by an Asian man who was completely impatient. He rush the pedicure and did a horrible job!
When I share this with the loudmouth owner of the company, she completely expose all this man's business....I was told that he had just had a new child and had his in-laws living in his home and that he was miserable...wow how unprofessional ,that you would discuss your employees private business with customers.
The place is ran by young teenagers, however they are very polite and nice, so I decided to give the place another try, - perhaps have someone else do my pedicure...BAD IDEA!
The loudmouth owner is completely unprofessional and super annoying. She ended up giving me a young girl who just got out of school that wanted to do a pedicure with nail clippers that you use to cut the toenail and a long silver stick to clean under the toenails. When I asked her if she was going to use the other clippers on my feet to do my cuticles, she stated "I have no idea what you're talking about"- blank stare😲
Before she started the pedicures she did the sugar scrub FIRST, but hadn't cleaned the nails or the cuticle around it.
The service was so bad, I MEAN REALLY BAD that I just took my feet out of the water and proceeded to the front counter.
The health department needs to come in and do an assessment of this place , and the ill trained workers that work there.
The stations they used to do the pedicures, were completely a mess and the items they use looked unsanitary.
Using gloves that you do pedicures, you turn around and use the same gloves to dig in the scrub, that you rub on the customer's legs how unsanitized is that?
I will never again step foot back into this place again.
If you're looking for the loudmouth owner to disrupt your peace while you're getting a pedicure; and the workers to rush you and do 10-minute pedicures, you've reached the right place.
Save your money and go someplace else.

Kristine always does such a great job. I leave here happy every 2 weeks. I always look forward to coming here. Love this place. And the owner is literally the best!!
