I'm glad other people had positive experiences at Hairlines; I did not. I feel like my "junior stylist" didn't listen to me. I wanted a totally new look with bangs. I brought in pictures. I explained that I wanted a youngish looking style. When she asked me what length I wanted my bangs, I held my finger to where I wanted them to be. I basically left with nothing I wanted except shorter hair. Between the cut and the color, I look easily ten years older than I looked when I walked in; someone actually said to me I have more of a mom look, now. I DIDN'T WANT A 'MOM' LOOK! My bangs are ridiculously long; I said no longer than my eyebrows, but they're down around my nose. I would not go back. I'm so disappointed, and I just want to cry.
