This place does exquisite details. My nails are my own so they took very good care of them. They did not offer acrylic sosoo or gel nails to get their sales up. They did a gorgeous job on the "V" French design in black. My nails are gorgeous. They took their time and made sure it was perfect 💜💛❤💚💙💗

Made an appointment with friends at 5:45. Called the day before to make sure there was space and they said they did. We get there and they're only two people working when there are five of us who need to get our nails done. They didn't start us until 6:45, an hour after our appointment. The time from when we got in there until the time we left was a total of three hours! This should not have taken this long. My nails are not even and they made them bleed. They were rude to when I asked a question. I moved because my finger hurt and got yelled at to sit still. Service was awful! I DO NOT recommend this place. Any other place I've gone to is much better.

I started going there about 2 years ago. It was fine, for a while. Then they started making me sit in the foot bath while the tech took other eyebrow customers. The she'd come back then take somebody else. How rude! My time is precious, too! Then they started to not give all the treatments they used to. When I inquired about why they didnt do this and that anymore she said , "You pay more." I tried to ask her about the treatments and she just couldn't speak English. How could you be in business in the US without being able to speak the language? I stopped going there.

Such bad service. Did not treat us well and took over 2 1/2 hours for a service that should only take at most an hour. Results were not what we asked for and there was a big inconvenience with the payment at the end which they didn't inform us about. Would give 0 stars if I could, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

My nails are very pretty and the employees were very fast. They were nice and the salon just got all new tables and chairs which are really comfy. I've been there 2 or 3 times and I plan on becoming a regular there.
