NOT A DEAL AT ALL!! Went in for a Shellac manicure with a Paraffin dip that I purchased from Groupon... they completely screwed up my nails. When I questioned it, they told me that if I wanted them fixed, it would cost me extra! This is a procedure that I have done every two weeks, regularly at a different salon. Unfortunately, I tried this Groupon....my nails still were not fixed properly (there was no way to save them), they didn't know what 'coffin' shaped was, they burned me with their drill and I still had to pay! NOT WORTH IT!!!

I went here because I had a Groupon. The ladies were very nice. The salon is a little small-ish and it’s clean. They don’t really have a lot of shellac choices, which is a bummer.

If I could I’d give a ZERO stars
I have came FIVE times and none of these FIVE times were they available they’re either on “LUNCH” or just sitting there with ONE costumer or NONE why can’t the person who is telling sorry there on lunch help me? She just tells me to come In a hour ? And I’ve came during the week ! And once on Saturday every other time after these two “lunch breaks” they say “no sorry” Hmmm and I’ve tried to make appointments and they literally want me to come whenever they want and when I do they have one customer and ONE person helping THATS IT maybe MAYBE they don’t have many employees I understand and that’s why I have them 5 CHANCES ...
Overall bad service because when I call they act like they don’t care about your business YES I’ve called ahead of time to schedule or to see if I could walk in right now and all they say “no sorry” there are SO many other nail salons out here but I try and help out the smaller business that no one really talks about just to give it a try and obviously to help out community but I can why now this place isn’t on anyone’s good list of nail places!
Overall good luck your going to need it.
Hope you open your availability more often and stop going having EVERYONE on “lunch” at the same time ..

My sister treated me to a pedicure at this salon. I have to say that the services were minimalistic at best. My sister had the owner for her pedicure, who spoke on her phone the whole time. Never clipped or trimmed nails like they usually do. The massage was a joke. My sister left with the worse paint job, with paint even on her skin in places that weren't even close to her nail. My pedicurist was minimally better. She at least tried to communicate a little. Still not clipped or trimmed and polish was a " little" bit better. Once again, massage was almost non-existing. Deplorable customer service...we will never go back there and warn all others to save your money.

Super friendly staff, very clean, and I don’t feel like I’m going to pass our from the chemicals in the air. It’s a great deal for a pedi, but the quality is what you pay for. No complaints!
