I’ve been coming here on and off for about a year. Since the recent name change and staff change. The customer services has become terrible. I went about a month ago and the man that did my nails was every rude. He kept pulling my had really rough and telling me that I need to stop looking in his direction every rudely. I was very upset after leaving but my nail came out somewhat nice. So about 3-4 weeks later I went back think that I want get the same person and get one of the females. When I went back I got a really nice lady but she seemed like she didn’t know exactly what she was doing. In the end my nail were pretty. But when went to check they tried to charge me also most $20 more then I normally did. I was able to get it down and payed. 2 days after getting then done my middle finger nail breaks form me just putting on a jacket. So I went back up there to get it fixed and the one guy in the front was really nice but the other guy that always just be walking around was being really rude. He was like what do you want. He pulled my had really hard and looked at it. And looked at me and said just put some glue on it you will be fine. I told no I would like them to fix it. He got mad and walked off. Then came back and told me to sit down and the will try and get to me a hour. I just end up leaving and going to luxury nails where they sat me down and fixed my nails immediately. Now my nails are only 2 weeks old and they are all breaking so bad I’m so annoyed and honestly just want my money back and will NEVER EVER come back here.

It was my first time here and came because of the good reviews. I usually go to a salon that's further out but thought i would give this one a try. I was immediately greeted by the front desk and was asked what i needed. I came to get a new set of SNS nails and she told me to look for a color. I was completely blown away by the color selection that they had and just as soon as i chose one i was greeted by this nice gentleman Michael who would be doing my nails and offered me something to drink. I was probably in and out no more than an hour but the whole time it was pleasing because he was so friendly and really nice. My nails usually feel sore especially when they're buffing them but Michael gave me such a nice experience and was really gentle on my hands. I will definitely be back to have my fill in when i need it. I was very pleased overall!

I have been coming to this nail salon for quite some time. The Only person I will allow to touch me is HENRY! Henry is Absolutely the best one. Hands down! He's fast, professional, proficient, kind, courteous and he knows his stuff!
If you go to this salon and HENRY is not your nail tech, you're missing out!

If you’re looking for an average nail salon then this is your place. If you’re looking for a place to do a professional design on your nail then go some place else. I’ve been there four times, each time showing a picture of what I wanted. 1 out of the four times I actually got what I was looking for. When I asked for the same tech I was told she had a family emergency but was booked with someone who could do design who also had a family emergency today. My nails look like a five year old did them.

Amy , Andy , and Mimi were all amazing . From the lashes to the pedicure to the nails. Wonderful experience.. even the guy who checked me out was awesome. This was world class A-1 top notch service. Kuddos again!
