Great selection of comfortable, high-end shoes in a range of styles for both men and women. Friendly service but if it’s busy, be prepared to wait your turn. They will also do free shipping to you if they don’t have your size or color.

Athletic, walking and speciality size footwear for men and women. If you have very narrow or wide feet, this is the place to shop. Footwear, etc. carries the brands and wide range of widths, sizes and attractive (it is possible) orthopedic types that department stores do not carry anymore in store.
The sales staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the shoe brands that the store carries. The shoes costs a lot more than Macy's for example, but you are paying for great customer service, footwear expertise and larger selection and variety.

Great selection and service.Robert was kind and very helpful. Measured my feet. Put shoes on and off and placed my orthotics. So much better service than any of the mall stores I went to.

Walked into the store was greeted by a gentleman walked around the store for almost 30 minutes to find some shoes in there clearance section. Found a great shoe at a great price ready to check out to be told that the price was triple the cost of what the clearance price was . Asked the sales associate what they were priced what they were and she tells me “ I can’t sell these to you at that price are you kidding as she proceeds to laugh “I then told her that’s what they were marked when I picked them up she proceeds to tell me that she will not honor the tag price . I tell her thank you I will not be doing business here . Terrible customer service ! It is there responsibility to label their product correctly . Very disappointed.

I seriously love this place. Great choice, really good shoes. I managed to find genuine leather, flat shoes which perfectly fit my feet. They didn’t have my size, but the girl who was helping me ordered them (and they arrived a day early). Usually I need some time to get adjusted to new shoes, but I just put on these ones and I’m just wearing them, they feel like slippers though actually they are nice dress shoes.
The sales girls was the most helpful sales person ever. I mean - really helpful, not just “here is your size, let me know if you need anything”. Next time I need shoes I’ll go there.
