Made an appointment for my mom and I at 3:45. Got there and took them 20 minutes just to get my mom in a chair. By the time my mom was done, I hadn’t even got sat in a chair yet. Didn’t even end up getting mine done. I made the appointment to get our nails done TOGETHER, not sit and watch her get hers done for an hour, vice versa. I watched 3 people WITHOUT appointments go ahead of me. I will not return.
