I was not satisfied with may nails or my pedicure. I had a lot on gel polish around me nails on my fingers let me me to pick off myself. I feel like I should have clean nails, cuticles, and hands after paying for nail service. My pedicure was quick and there was no attention to detail. I expressed that I was going on vacation an there was no effect to make sure that I left looking vacation ready. I was so disappointed that I was afraid to get my eyebrows done as originally requested because there is no coming back from that if they messed that up too. I have to go home fix my shape and peel the gel polish off of the edges of my fingers. I wish I spoke with a manager.

Wow!... The service was excellent they are very friendly, neat and clean they massage the heck out of your feet and the gentlemen that works here goes around asking if you want a neck massage while your getting your nails done so I'm impressed so far the best service I've ever had I'm a visitor from Baltimore I dont get this kind of treatment at home so im definitely returning next time

Their customer service was excellent! So much so that ima member here & will recommend to anyone. Although prices are a little above average you definitely get your money's worth here!

I just came in today to get a refill and the lady had no idea what she was doing. i had color acrylic and she didnt know what to do, to the point where she just refilled my nails with clear and i just had her color them with silver sparkles just to get outta there. THEN charge me $45 for something she didnt do. smh never again

After trying multiple different salons in the city, I can confidently say that Allure Nails does the best dip SNS nail manicure I have ever had. Some salons don’t know what they are doing with dip, but that’s not the case here. Every single employee does an excellent job at dip nails and I always leave feeling amazing. Besides the stellar service, they are prompt, kind, and clean! They also have a huge color range when it comes to the dip powder selection. Thanks for all that you do!
