Terrible customer service. All I got was a toner put in and a slight trim. Took about an hour... Charged me more than a normal full color/cut/style. I love that they use Kevin Murphy Products- and have amonia free coloring, but I won't be back due to the customer service I experienced.

Purchased a groupon voucher where the deal says: $69 for an Eco-Luxe Ammonia-Free single-process color, haircut, and style ($120 value). Called the salon to make an appointment, spoke to the manager, explained what i want, the coloring and the haircut and that i have Groupon voucher, she said its ok, please come in. When I came to the salon, spoke to the "specialist", she told me the single-process color PER THEIR POLICY means only the 2-3 inches root touch. And also if I want let's say full hair coloring or just toning, I can't use that groupon deal. I asked to speak to the manager, since there was a false advertising, and there was NO WORD
of explanation what is single process color means per their policy. Manager confirmed that its only 2 inch root touch. Ok, I asked to make my life easier, and if they can just use the money from the voucher and apply it for just toning my hair & I will pay extra if needed. They SAID THAT THEY CAN'T DO THAT, BECAUSE IT'S A DIFFERENT SERVICE. AND THEN THEY SAID I HAVE TO CALL GROUPON TO CANCEL MY PURCHASE. And THEN THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ME TODAY. Questions to the owner: 1) why is there false/ misleading information on the advertise? 2) why you can't just apply the funds from the voucher towards "new service"? Mindblown from terrible customer service. Your policies don't make sense. You lost a customer.

Tried multiple facials and massages here, I don't request anyone specific, and each time I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Everyone who works there has been very skilled, professional, and polite from the moment you step in. They also have a rebook program that offers discount for returning customer which I find to be great value. Strongly recommended!
