My appt was at 10am. After getting two kids out of the car and inside to the front counter it was 10:01. They told me I was late and had to reschedule
Update: Staff is still rude and unfriendly. I have all 6 of my kids seen here since there were born. Today will be my last visit. I'll take my kids somewhere were they actually care and know how to act like adults. Since Dr McNeff has been gone this place has gone down hill!! Save your self some time and trouble and go somewhere else.

Well where should i begin my kids have been going here for about 4 years had no problem with them till recently. Every time i went in there all they did was quickly prescribe medicine to my kids. My daughter had rsv and was hospitalized had to go to cooks to get a right diagnoses for that. And recently a close friend of mine had surgery because the infection had gotten so severe dr carter wouldn't take the time to evaluate her thoroughly when she went in twice all he did was give antibiotics so do not recommend this clinic they are too much in a hurry to get patients out of there they do not take the time to care for a patient like they should. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! Dr. Beena Trivedi is the worse doctor ever. She is nosy and super rude. Not to mention their check-ups SUCK!! It seems like all they care about is getting paid, once they have there money they do a quick and useless check-up. When my sons eye sight was getting checked they did it so fast, his hand wasn't even completely over his eye and they still went along and said his vision was good. that was months ago. he is now wearing glasses. Dr. Trivedi thought i was being a bad mother to my child and started being disrespectful to me. Like Umm, you are here to give us mothers advise and recommend us not judge us. I am sure you are not perfect yourself.

I have been going to T & R Clinic when it was located next door to the Haltom theater when I was 7 years old (I am now 76 ). I have outlived three of my primary doctors (Taylor, Riddle and McNeff). I decided to get a younger doctor (Dr. R. Reddy) and am very pleased with him. During all these years I have be going to T & R, I have been treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. My Mom was treated there when it had a bed clinic due to her heart problems along with my Dad. My sister is still going there also. Their lab technicians are great in taking blood. Dr. Reddy spends time with me answering all my questions and giving me sound advice concerning my diet and other subjects regarding my health. It’s almost unbelievable as to the bad reviews I have read on this site. I guess I’m special. :)
