Came in for a pedicure, they hand me a sheet with types and prices, I picked the express pedicure But it was the worst "express" pedicure ever! The nail technician rushed , she didn't have any good customer service skills, and she did the sloppiest manicure. And she started to mumble when I asked her to clean the nail polish around my cuticles. Its was the sloppiest service that I have EVER received. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON AT ALL.

I accidentally pressed one star but they get no stars from me. They didn't do sych a great job but here is the worse part! Lady that took my payment put in the amount of $568 accidentally I'm assuming instead of $58 now where do they do that at? Then I ask her can she give me cash because she sd it would take 2 business days to credit to my account. She said she didn't have that much cash. Well yo ads need to go to the bank and get it!!!!! So please be careful if u are using your credit or debit card here!

They are cheap and usually really nice. But they put up a fit if you don't like the job they did or the color. I asked for a purple ombre called magic spell, but the nail tech put grey on my nails and had attitude and had the nercr to charge me to change the color when I didn't like it. I've been coming to this shop since I was 14 and I'm 29 now. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service today.

I went last wednesday, my nails look nice and I like them but the nail tech had a bad attitude.
