I have come to this salon a handful of times now and the service is pretty good. All the employees are very sweet and hospitable, the atmosphere and decor is nice as well. They offer a number of drinks and their mimosas are good. I have had a facial here in the past, the esthetician was good and it was a very relaxing experience. I don’t remember her name, but she was an older woman. Their deluxe pedicures are very nice as well. Most of the time my acrylic sets come out well. I believe Erin has done them most of the time (red flames). But this last time I asked for a dark red tipped ombre coffin set from nail tech Tina (pictures last). At first, when the clear acrylic was applied over the red, the red did not show up enough for me and the ombre was not blended well. I told her this and she re did it which I appreciated a lot. But the ombre still did not come out to my liking it was not blended well and very patchy. They look much better from far away and in darker spaces than in the light. I also noticed that she did not even all my nails out to the same length ( when they line both of the same finger up and clips them). I was very dissatisfied with the set and it made me not want to return unfortunately.

I love red carpet nails! They have amazing drinks and Erin is so creative I trust her to pick my colors for me. She always knows what I like, my nails are always cute ❤️

The ladies are so sweet and attentive to your every need! Thankyou for taking of my daughter and myself we enjoyed relaxing with a drink!

I’ve been looking for a regular spa for my self care Sundays & glad I finally came into this place since I don’t live too far from this location! I’ve happened to have Eva twice on my pedicures and honestly wouldn’t have no one else, although I’m pretty positive that they are all attentive and talented at what they do! I even brought a friend who’s all the way from Tennessee who even said they never had a wonderful experience like this here at Red Carpet! Huge THANK FOR BLESSING MY FEET! Lord knows I work hard enough lol 10 STARS!

I came in to take my nails off. The girl who checks you in told me it wasn't time to get a refill and that they were to pretty to take off, so instead she said she would glue it.I came back 1wk later, Should have never listened to her. I spoke with the manager because this has never happened. I have fungus and worried my finger could fall off if it got infected.She was no help at all in making me feel better.she didn't even offer any cream or any type of advise on how to get rid of it.
