Came in to get my eyebrows waxed. I should have walked out when she was like "oh really?" when I said no to a lip wax; I have a slight birthmark on my lip, not hair. I go ahead with the eyebrow wax and they are totally uneven/ off center. One side is ok but the other is in WAY too far. On top of that, the middle wasn't done and I had to finish up myself with the tweezers. I commented on how upset I was and she just smiled and nodded. I didn't get an apology and was still charged full price. Definitely not coming back here, so upset!

horrible service. I scheduled in advance and then had to wait half an hour to get service. I asked for a medium length coffin nail and as soon as she started she had already messed up. I will never go back to this place again.
