Great place, love their clean and crisp environment. They are always very friendly and attend my every need. Their chairs are very comfortable and clean, love the different massage features. They do have a busy schedule so I recommend calling for an appointment, most of their technicians are excellent about attention to detail. I've been going to this nail salon for about 3 years and so far good experiences every time. I love, love the paraffin foot treatment. Leaves my feet soft and hydrated. Parking is a bit hectic but I usually park across the street by Jenny Craig :)

I went to this plaxe for the first time. Nails were done great. I hated the nail polish gel color it looked nothing like the actual nails that they show you and about 4 days later i started getting black lines on the gel nail polish. Yes i was rough with them like always. I have got them done at other places and never had the gel polish turn colors like that. I called them and they said they were going to charge me for a whole set instead of fixing the problem.

I hardly write reviews but this time , this people whom i was trying for first time were definitely too rude not to. I decided to try it out for first time after I had been having a tough week at the hospital with my father. I thought it would be a moment to relax, I was soo wrong I went in having an appointment and they took another 20 minutes but not only that, when they were doing my gel mani and pedi, the workers started talking bad about customers and me thinking we don't have an idea their talking about us. It is more than noticeable they talking about you when they keep looking and start laughing, it was soo disrespectful that I didnt't have to put up with that drama when i had not even mentioned a word and I was already so stressed over my dad serious condition. This place needs to change their behavior or not do customer service at all.

Won't be going back. Made an appt for myself and my daughter waited all day for my appt get there and he only booked one appt. Are you kidding me!!!! No I'm sorry, no we'll fix it, just we can only do one. That's ansolutely no way to do business.

Made an appointment but still had to wait an hour before being seen.. apparently they overbooked.. bad service.. very disappointed! Miss Tanya the previous owner.. not coming back!!!
