Clean, sort-of-new, friendly, and skilled. The salon was pretty busy when I arrived Sunday afternoon, but I was sat immediately. They had the perfect amount of staff on hand. I did not get her name, but she gave me a great pedicure. She was meticulous when it came to my toes looking perfect. The staff as a whole was friendly and made me feel welcome.

They were rude an unprofessional! They were very distracted by their soccer game playing an therefore our pedicures were the worst we’ve ever received! Also my sister had a bruised toe an told them several times to be careful but they completely disregarded her! Will NEVER go back!!!!

I went for a gel manicure to this pathetic place. The lady put the gel on so thick when she wiped it off, it was still wet. She went to pull it off and pulled a section of my nail bed up and my toe was bleeding. The most horrific experience. Another employee came over and took the gel polish off and put acrylic on. They charged me full price and couldn’t even apologize. I will NEVER go back here. BEWARE

I have gone to the salon for over year, and have had mostly positive experiences. I received a gel manicure and pedicure here, and four of the six experiences were favorable. I find most of the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. The Prices are reasonable. I enjoy the results when I get an eyebrow wax. Mimi has been outstanding!

Not a good experience. Quick in and out. Have never had a pedicure where they did no leg masssge and only a quick massage of feet. Sign outside said $23.00; my bill was $29.75. At that point, I was just ready to get out. There are plenty of other places to try in Santa Fe.
