I went there for intense abdominal pain that started that morning. My GYN wouldn't be able to see me, so my best bet was Urgent Care. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and well maintained. The woman at the front desk was very nice as well. Took a while before I was called back, but there were a few people ahead of me anyway. When I was finally called back, they were quick to answer my questions. Although I could've told them what I had already ruled out, they still checked anyway. I would definitely go back if I need to.

I honestly don’t think I have ever had a better experience at a walk in clinic. I was seen quickly and everyone was very nice. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and even let me ramble without looking like they would rather be anywhere else. The doctor was in the room quickly. Let me express my worries and quickly put me at ease. Couldn’t have asked for better.

This has to be the most inefficient office in Chattanooga. Waiting over 2 hour for a drug test required for employment. Others have been here for over three hours to see a nurse. Absolutely terrible. go somewhere else. They also have no purell or anything to protect yourself from catching all the germs in the room. And it is freezing. I would go to ER before here. And I am suggesting to my company they stop using this company.

I’m currently laying in an exam room. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. No one has even checked in on me. Super glad they have time to chit chat outside my room but no one can come in. 2 hours. For an exam that’ll last 2 minutes and will probably leave me with no answers. Cool. Solid job.

I came in and waited over an hour right when they opened with only two people in front of me to be seen by the doctor. They did not give me any answers to help with my stomach problems. Two weeks later and I still haven’t felt any better, so I called back and asked to talk with a nurse or doctor to see if I should come back in. They were very rude on the phone and they weren’t even listing to me since I had to repeat myself over and over again. The lady then tells me that I would have to pay the $110 again plus the $56 to get blood work when they didn’t do it the first time, or “I could go to the ER and pay them more”. So I asked if I could just pay for the blood work since I was just in there and she rudely told me well you’re going to see a doctor aren’t you? Then you have to pay. They seem to only care about how much they can charge you and not about your health. There are plenty of other places like this that have a much nicer staff that care about their patients so I will not be returning here, nor do I suggest anyone else goes.
