Kim is very rude even to long time customers. Shez not the only nail place in town but thinks she is. I will take my money and business elsewhere

Asked for a mani pedi as i was getting married the next day. Kim recommended I get the gel polish as it'll last for 4 weeks. A week later, almost every single one of my nails were peeling/ chipping. My toes didn't match my nails and Kim said for $15 extra she can put the gel on my toes so they would match. She also told me polish on your toe nails always appear darker than on your finger nails. Please tell me who believes that bull. I paid an outrageous amount for crap. I will never go there again I'm extremely disappointed.

They are so inconsistent. I've gone 3 times and 2 out of those 3 times were a complete waste of money. You pay for a pedi and one time you get a leg massage with it and one time you don't even though it's the same tech. The third time I went I got a manicure with gel polish and the guy didn't even paint all the way to my nail bed. So less than a week later they look like they've been growing out for 2 weeks! Also, they like to try to charge you more than their posted prices.
