Stopped by the new place they updated I'n the inside a little..the nail colors are updated which is nice . But I feel as if there customer service can be a little better .maybe work on shaping the nails a little better. Being more friendly . They need to ask all clients do they want water not just one person who they feel will tip . And learn how to shape nails to.clients liking instead of being lazy .

Eight (8) years I have been going to Nail Club, and I have been impressed from the very beginning. I should note that I only splurge on going to the nail salon once a year to get dolled up for Xmas, but every year is a delight at Nail Club. They -- a man and women team -- always have appointments available when I need. They are always very courteous and attentive to their customers. They have great rag mags to read, but the duo is lightning fast, so you won't have much time to read them. I highly suggest Nail Club if you are looking to have a good experience done right the first time.

They only do non chip UV nail polish correctly. It's like every time the nail polish updates their basic polishes become almost intolerable. I believe this is a tactic so that you can spend more non chip, but if you cannot slay basic polish then you cannot slay nails at all. All of a sudden this shop forgets to do the most simplest of things because of updated polishes and systems that they prefer to use because of ease.

i have been here before and i thought they would do an at least ok job. THEY DID NOT! I usually get gel nails to avoid chipping and I got gel they charged me $10 extra for it and then when I asked for three different colors and he told me it was $3 extra! So i said never mind just do two. they messed up my nails and they started CHIPPING IN ONE WEEK AFTER GETTING THEM DONE! The way that they put the nail polish on was horrible.. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT QUALITY NAILS FOR THIS PRICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! T
