A friend of mi recommended this place to me because she gets acrylics there, she said was was a little overpriced but I decided to go anyway. It was my mothers birthday and I thought getting our first pedicures together would be a great indulgence. I had the worst experience, I would never go back and I would like to share what happened.
1. Super tacky decor and they have on a constant loop a tape of the ice capades playing.
2. I made an appointment for 2 and they only had one person working so they did me and kept my mother waiting.
3. The man was very rough, it felt like taking my feet to the dentist.
4. The polish was a disaster, he was in such a hurry that he put on the sealer, two coats of color a clear sealer and then the arisol quick dry spray so that only the top layer dried. I was as carefu as possible but the ended up smearing the next afternoon.
5. When it was my mothers turn he cut her heel open. He caught her heel on the edge of one of his pumice paddles and she was bleeding all over the place. He said "You cut" and then had her put her foot back in the bath; when she took it out again it was still bleeding. He put some alcohol on it but never appologized. What a jerk.
