The only reason I’m giving this one star is because it requires me to do so. This nail salon is one of the worst I have been to and I will not be returning. I stopped in as I am new to the Rock Hill area. I got gel polish on my nails which should at least a week if not longer. When I was there I had already noticed some imperfections in my nail polish and air bubbles. The guy tried to tell me it was because my nails were not completely flat. I did not argue with him just told myself I would be back. Well 3 days later the polish was already chipping. I arrived the morning of the fourth day during normal business hour 10:53am to be exact and they weren’t even open and no sign on the door. I called about 30minutes later and a man answered. I explained that I had just been there 4 days ago and he told me I would have to pay for the repair. Save your money and time.

I got my nails done here and the service was ok but the work was awful !!! my nails broke the same week and the product is so damn cheap !!! I will never go back to this salon. I also got my feet done and she did a rush job the salon was empty due to I went when the shop first opened in the morning there was no reason to do a rush job . The gel polish is cheap and comes off so fast NEVER AGAIN if I could give 0 stars I would.

As a business owner I have to say I am appauled at the lack of acknowledging fault and correcting the issue. I Was a new customer, they took me in 30 min before closing for a pedicure. The only time i had in between running a business was that sat evening. I hate assuming, but Id say it was a rush job. I showed her before i left that the polish wasn't clean and my cuticles were not cleared out.. She attempted to fix, but it was still shotty work. For $27 a BASIC pedicure Id expect clean work. I normally do not do reviews, benefit of the doubt noones perfect HOWEVER when I went back in to show the owner/mgr the work.. He said I had to pay again! Are you kidding me, all i wanted was clean toes, skip the polish if you have too. He knocked the price down to $23. Unbelievable..it looks like a student had Practice on my feet. Never again. Buyer beware!

The people here are rude and they will stop doing your nails or feet just to help someone else. I came in at 5:30 pm to get my nails done then a lady comes in at 6: 35 and by the way the close at 7pm. she wanted her feet and hands done the same day. Instead of telling her to come back a another day. The guy stop doing my nails to start on her. I think they are very rude. I will never go to this nail salon again. Horrible service
