I hate this place, they rushed through my pedicure, I got a light color and they did not do enough layers, the only time this place is good is when you get there first thing in the morning when they are fresh and ready for the day any other time forget about it. And 30 dollars for the stuff they did yesterday was ridiculous I should have been charged 10, a 5 year old could have done better. Never going back again

Clearly the people posting that this place is a one star have never been to an actual one star establishment. In the golden age before one could post persnickety reviews online, I happened into a place that thought a metro card was an appropriate tool to scrape off old gel. I was also somewhere that while getting a pedicure, the woman was so focused on the soap opera on TV, she pumiced the skin off the side of my foot. These are one star experiences. I actually had just looked to see what time Paoli Nails was open and found these comments and felt compelled to respond. The salon is clean and friendly. After reading the reviews of the pure horror experienced by these poor souls, I scrutinized my gel manicure much more than I normally would and found it to be completely acceptable. I hope life remains so good for these easily traumatized individuals. Paoli Nails is not a bad nail salon.

i absolutely hated my experience. i had Luu do my nails with the dip powered and they are all different lengths. and i was so upset i almost didn't pay. also, they have 200 colors displayed for the dip powder and only have 175 available. this salon is ridiculous and i would never go back. i would never recommend it.

Very satisfied- staff friendly but most do not speak English . This creates a communication issue when describing what services are wanted.

I was interested in getting a pedicure and I just wanted the nails to be cleaned, filed, and trimmed.
What I received was each toe being completely uneven, poorly cleaned, and the nails split.
I will never use this place again.
