Best pedicure in Hermitage! My husband and I both got their best pedi and we were not disappointed. Everyone was so nice. The salon is clean and modern. Loved it and we will be back. Chloe did my nails and Helen did my husbands.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple of years. The folks who work here are kind, and it is very clean. And I can make an appointment and they take me when my appointment is scheduled, that’s a rarity in the nail world. Their work is excellent.

We came to M nails based off of the decent reviews that were shown. The nail prices that we were told on the phone and in person were to completely different prices, which is extremely unprofessional. When my mom and I were telling them about the price differences, they started speaking in their own language. The prices for short nails, we were told was supposed to be $30 even. my mom got short nails. at first, she wanted pink and white set but we were told also on the phone that it was $55 but when we got there it was $65. Hi I wanted a medium nail links, which should have been $35 but at the end of our service my mother was charged $45 for my nails and $35 for her nails. She normally does her own nails and regrets going there. The pricing came out to $75

Been here twice; was initially happy with their service. Although, the first trip I was the only appointment for them on a weekday and had the salon to myself. Today my friend and I had an appointment for some gel pedicures, and the technician cut my toe with a tool and then used a scrub brush waaay too hard to scrub my freshly cut toe. It has been hurting since I left several hours ago. After this they seemed to have lost the gel color that I had chosen, so they ended up painting my toes a really unattractive color I’m unhappy with. I would have chosen something different but they had already taken the diagrams away, and at this point my friend and I had already been there for an hour and a half. It’s a beautiful salon, and everyone is decently friendly, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Me and my daughter went to this nail place the other day and before we walked inside we called to get a price on just a regular nail set for the both of us, so after the man was finished I kept asking a price which she wasn't giving me a straight answer..just kept trying to add on more stuff to over charge me then I didn't like how they all started talking in a different language about us. She told me 30 for short length on the phone and 35 for long ,but my daughter got medium length then afterwards she charged me 75 bucks just for 2 full regular sets with NO designs. I've never in my life paid 75 bucks for me and my daughter just to get a full set! This people scam and beat you out your money if you let them
I'm never in my life going back to any Chinese people again!! I normally do my own nails but didnt feel like it that day. I could have save myself 75 to do me and my daughter nails myself
